Illegals Leaving Tulsa, Hispanics Sue OK

Illegals are leaving Tulsa in droves. Tulsa was a haven city for illegals. Now the illegal alien loving groups are peeing all over themselves. Why are they suing? Because the new OK law requires law enforcement to check theimmigration status of folks who are arrested for felonies.

The Rev. Miguel Rivera, president of the National Coalition of Latino Clergy, announced Monday that his group has filed a lawsuit against Oklahoma House Bill 1804.

The suit, announced in front of the federal court building downtown, names Gov. Brad Henry and Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson as defendants.

"The message we are sending to the people of Oklahoma . . . is when things are so difficult, like they are in Tulsa County, there are remedies," Rivera said.

Rivera and others specifically named Tulsa County when referring to the "ethnic cleansing" HB 1804 will cause.

Already, an estimated 25,000 people have left in fear of HB 1804's effects, Rivera said.

"Stay put, don't go anywhere," Rivera said. "God is on our side. Fairness and justice will be done for our people."

The law, which takes effect Nov. 1, requires law enforcement agencies to check the immigration status of people arrested for felonies."

Wouldn't that be something that you would expect to show up when they are processed after being arrested. HMMM. I would think so. This whole this is getting real old real quick. THEY ARE ILLEGALLY HERE. Do it legally, and noybody has an issue. If they are not breaking the law, then they should have nothing to run from now should they. The way I am reading this, is that 25000 people are leaving because the cops are checking the status on FELONY arrests. Does that mean that 25000 people are felons, or commiting felonies.
