Default The teacher is prepared to protect herself

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070919/us_nm/oregon_teacher_gun_dc_1

Even though that article says the teachers name was withheld, it was actually printed in another paper I read.

Kind of goes along with the premise that if everybody is armed, criminals may not stand as much of a chance

I wish her luck considering where she is, but I'm betting that she loses.

I read it on the AP this morning, and they printed her name. This will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Considering her situation, I'd find it amazing if they wouldn't let her carry. There is no way the government can keep every individual safe. Prohibiting individuals from protecting themselves is crazy.

Here is her pic.

She doesn't have a prayer. Her teacher's union is going to be full of libtards that are going to make her life miserable .

I know she has to work but I would be real uneasy if she was teaching my kid. For one reason her personal lifecould beputting my kids life in danger. Guess I'd have to send my kid packing a gun to.

To me, that should be the bigger issue. If she feels she needs a gun to protect herself from her X then more power to her but what if her X showed up at the classroom door? Do bullets start flying with the kids in the class in the middle? If her personal life is in such a state that she needs firearms for protection then perhaps she should not spend a third of her day in a school full of children.

Right. She should spend her time cowering under her bed in hopes that her ex doesn't harm her.
