Shooting people that pick stuff up in the street is indentifying the enemy?
If you find a pistol lying in the side of the road would you pick it up?It would be irresponsible not to even if its just to go home and give it to the cops.Take it a step further and say the police planted the gun there and arrested you for it as soon as you picked it up.By creating a situation you otherwise wouldnt be in they have broken the law and entrapped you.But somehow the fact theyre muslim and live halfway around the world means the same logic shouldnt be applied?Dont people pick stuff up on the road in Iraq normally unless theyre terrorists?This isnt identifying an enemy, its creating a scenario in which people get killed doing whats actually a pretty common thing to do.
