This is something troopers need to learn how to do when they go to places like Iraq. Since they are NG, they do it in their home state so it is easier and cheaper to do. It's no big deal. I remember when I was a kid, A4's used to make practice bombing runs on the spillway of our local lake. It was cool when they would fly right over you really low.

no..the people I expect you/all militaryto attack are NOT,repeat NOTour people.but they are HERE.... and following orders,LEGAL orders, is the full responsibility of the military.I remember the oath..."any enemy,both foreign and domestic". I believe in this action,if needed, and have no problem with this type exercise, for the very reason you stated.
