Going on the theory water runs down hill if the north pole melts and we put a few dams up here in the US we should have it allwithin our borders in the next 50 years or so

If US reinstates the draft and makes everyone go in the service then the people sitting back on their larrels can say yes lets send the troops here and there. Otherwise lets start letting the service men and women decide where they want togo die!
