Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default One for the good guy's

For those of you that have not been able to equate with the facts that abusing and killinganimals strictly forentertainment is wrong.

And a fine example of something I truly believe in " That what goes around comes around."

BANGKOK, Thailand"” An angry circus elephant in eastern Thailand grabbed a man who had provoked him and then stomped on him until he was fatally injured, police said Saturday.
Surat Kaenthip, a 30-year-old air conditioner repairman, had hit the six-year-old elephant while he was resting in an open field Friday in Rayong province, 90 miles east of Bangkok, said police Lt. Col. Thanit Saeniwong na Ayuddhaya.
"The elephant then grabbed the man's body with his trunk and hurled him on to the ground before stomping on his body," he said.
Rescuers were deterred from helping Surat because the elephant ran toward them in a threatening manner, Thanit said. They eventually succeeded in taking Surat away but he later died in hospital from a cracked skull.
Onlookers then managed to temporally placate the elephant by feeding him bunches of bananas, but he turned angry again, and dented a pickup truck parked nearby before his trainer "” who had been away "” returned and managed to calm him down, Thanit said.

Maybe this guy never heard "Its best to let sleeping dogs lay"

I guess you consider my hunting wrong because I do it for the enjoyment of shooting deer. I'm only into for the sport now. I don't have time to process the deer. I just give it away. Right now my favorite place to give it to is a cat rescue. They take the whole thing no processing required.

At least you did something with it, whether or not I agree, it is still better than throwing it onto the dump!!!!!!!!!

So, according to the story, the elephant stomps a guy, then people give him bananas. Then the same people who gave him bananas are surprised when he gets aggresive again. Maybe the elephant just wanted more bananas.

If you don't have time, there are probably places you can pay to have your deer processed for you. Perhaps you can use some of your lucrative Exxon dividends to get yourself some deer meat.[8D]

Bwana,
That guy definately deserved it. I love stories like that. BTW, Male elephants go thru a phase known as "musk" where they are especially irritable. Not saying this was the case here but might have been, especially since the elephant subsequently attacked a pick-up truck

Hillbilly, I only care for the hunt and the kill now. I don't eat very much red meat anymore. When I move to the seashore, I plan on using the meat to stuff crab traps. Bambi is nothing more then over grown rats now where I live and where I hunt. On a side note, I think I found a way to profit from them. We'll see if it works out.

I feel bad for the guy's family, but I'd still give him the runner-up prize for the Darwin Award.
