If Pelosi doesnt do as Sheehan tells her to do, she will simply show her by takeing Pelosi's House Seat. San Fran has already shown their ignorance by voting in Pelosi by over 80%, it would just prove how crazy they really are if they voted in Sheehan.
I think the difference is that Pelosi is a political hack and Sheehan is a true zealot. Pelosi will watch which way the wind blows politically and go with it. Sheehan might be deluded but she is a true believer. No one will ever change her mind.
Sheehan is nuttier than a pet coon. I would pay big bucks to see her in a public political debate against other politicians. It would be funnier than when Ross Perrot had that senile ex-admiral as a running mate.
