I just remebered after reading the walmart post. On memorial day most my family go to the graves of my uncles who served in ww2 and vietnam. The flags the cemetary used was made in China. It didn't take long for us to rip them out. I have 4 uncles who served in them 2 wars. It was a disgrace to all the soldiers who fought in them wars and all the wars. We didn't replace the flags for 3 weeks cause we had to order our American made flags cause the malls and shops don't carry them. My aunt wrote to the care takers of that cemetary and up to date I believe she has not heard from them yet. Has anyone elses veterans cemetary been vandalized by china made flags?
You "stripped" flags from the graves of honored war dead, an act of desecration, and you call the cemetery owners vandals for using cheap flags? You have a very convoluted value system, I hope the cemetery presses charges against you, you deserve it.

RE: Cemetary vandalize.
your "American made" flags were likely made from fabric manufactured in China, or Taiwan, assembled in Mexico and shipped to the US via cargo ships owned by Arabs then to you by UPS or FedEx driving ***anese vehicles
Wow, I assume that we just heard from a couple of people who have no foreign produced goods or materials in their vehicles or homes. If not, kevin and i will be over there to inspect your property and tear out anything of foreign manufacture.[:-]

We took them from our relatives graves who died in them wars. We did not disrespect them at all by doing so. They would of wanted it that way. They was very strong believers in America and the constitution as their family members are who live today. And yes, American made flags made by American products by Americansare still made today. They didn't die in foreign wars to be disgraced with foreign made star striped and bannered flags. There is a difference between products in our houses and deaths of soldiers who only deserve the best.Don't make me look like a bad guy here. How many of you are waving a america flag made inanother countryon this fourth? Not this man and non will be put on the graves of my uncles.
It was only about 5 years ago when the Army Reserve was issuing out berrets to soldiers as the new standard in headgear. Berrets made in China. Later, after someone noticed the made in China tags, we started having them made in Canada instead.
Please don't ever do that again. If have a problem with the flags, take it up with the cemetery management. If you had been doing this when your local "motorcycle club" rode by, your day would have ended differently.

I understand why you did it, but as Big Tiny points out you should have complained to the management. Their job is to keep that cemetery financially solvent, and since your family didn't specify the more expensive US made flag they went with the least cost option. Reverence for your lost family members is your job, not theirs, if you wanted US made flags you should have stipulated that with the burial instructions. What y'all did was an act of desecration, and you should be thankful that a vet like me wasn't present when you did it. Never do that again.
