and wants us as tax payers to foot the bill! How can our legal system allow something as abscure as this, when even our health insurance companies won't even cover this as it's an elective surgery! I hope this looser doesn't win, I can't believe they have already spent the money they have on this case. One would think somebody in the judicial system would have enough sense to shut this thing down sooner than this! That should be simple to do! They say it is a risky opperation so why not get a stump and a dull ax. Tell him/her/it that it is risky and if still requested say here you go. If you do not make it through you knew ahead of time what can happen...

Actually, if they do go throughwith this,which I thinkshouldnt happen. But if they did, theythen need to put them in the opposite gender jail so they have no use of their new parts.

Instead of just throwing it out of court the idiot judge hires another expert. No wonder this case drags on. When i lived in WV many years ago the federal district judge discouraged inmate lawsuits by changing the required format every six months or so.When a convict got his stuff together for his frivilous lawsuit the format had changed and it was rejected.
He's an inmate. I don't believe it's anyone's concern, let alone the state's, what he wants. Why do we continue to tolerate this kind of crap from convicted murderers?
