I pulled this quote from an article about the monster that murdered his pregnant girl friend:
"Ohio law allows a murder charge against someone accused of killing a fetus that would have been able to live outside the womb."
Now believe me, this guy should be hanged in town square for both murders. However, I smell a big pile of hypocrisy on this one. Doctors are allowed to murder babies every day in this country in various stages of pregnancy without getting charged with murder so how can this slob murdering that unborn child be charged?

Also, Bob, until Congress passed the partial-birth abortion ban and Bush signed it into law, PBA was legal in Ohio. In many cases, babies killed through partial-birth abortion have passed the age of viability and could live outside the womb.
I guess whether it's murder depends on whether the mother gave her consent.
