Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Ditto. We need to reform immigration and make it work for legitimate immigrants while still protecting our borders and national security. Bush, the Repubs and the Dems are apparently not interested in doing that. I guess that oath about protecting our country against all enemies foreign and domestic doesn't mean much to them. [:@]

It's alive, folks!!!!

The USsenate voted 65-34 to reviveamnesty for their beloved illegals. Looks like a bunch of Republicans flipped since the last time. Kennedy says it is a done deal.

It's crazy. No matter how much the people raise hell about this bill the politicians just do whatever they want. [:@]

Y'all, it was never dead to begin with. It was clear from day 1 that those supporting this bill outnumbered those opposing it. The only reason many Republicans voted against cloture was because they didn't have the amendments they wanted. Make no mistake, McCain and the Democrats will make whatever concessions (short of taking out the allowance for amnesty) necessary to get this passed. And they will succeed.

25of those fine USA loving Republicans voted to day to resume debate on the Kennedy, Bush, McCain plan to turn the country over to the illegals. Nine Democrats and one independent voted no. If this putrid amnesty thing fails it will be becausea few Democrats and an independent vote against it.
