I agree that floggin is appriate for this POS, but the article read that they are planning to flog him ten times, as part of two sessions spread over two weeks? What? I say flog him 100 times spread over one session, as a start of punishment for what he did to the girl. [>:]

i like the concept of flogging with cat-o-nine tails for rape. For child rape, however, i would prefer slow castration followed by a swift execution.
