Bring in a death by torture sentence

This last kidnapping/murder has me wanting a death by torture sentence. I feel it's needed when you have certain crimes like rape/murder of our children. I would only apply it to those cases where we have slam dunk proof, like the video tape of Kelsey or the girl in florida from the car wash and/or the trailer trash convict murderer of little Jessica. I'm fed up with the kid glove treatment we give these guys and feel we need to take it to them now.

How about life chained to a concrete blockwith a feeding tube 24/7? There can be a cold water showerhead that operates 10 ten minutes once a day for clean-up. And perhaps a minister, or the equivalent, can visit once a week for a half hour.

We do a good enough job on slow death judging by the various botched attempts as reported lately. Having a noose decapitate because the length and weight was incorrectly figured. Repeated hits with old shockey on the chair because the perp wouldn't die. Having trouble finding a vein on the lethal injection route and having problems putting them down. Best way is the old firing squad. Chances are not all of them will be a bad shot.

Too fast and too clean. How about at out going tide we bury them up to their neck mid water mark? Let them bake for a few hours and then suffer a very slow drowning process.
