Default Amnesty Activists Have Direct Line to OUR Senators!

For those of you having difficulty getting thru to your senator, here is the 800 # paid for by the Mexican Amnesty Activists:

800-882-2005

This will get you directly to your senator unlike the #'s available to the US Citizen.

Press 1 when you hear a Spanish message, then Press 1 again to be transferred to your senior senator's office

OR

Press 2 when you hear a Spanish message, then 1 and you'll be transferred to your junior senator's office.

I've tried & it works wonderfully, it's a great way to get to your senator & let them know to vote NO for amnesty & enforce our laws!!!

I know, bumping my own thread. I called again today, this time during business hours. Got RIGHT THROUGH to a live person in both Alexander's office & Corker's office. Be nice to these guys when you talk to them. The poor fellow in Alexander's office was tired, but the guy in Corker's was rather chipper! They need to continue to hear from us on this issue.

The country club, Wall Street Republicans have to be brought to the woodshed. Pres. Bush, Linda Chavez, Sen. McCain, the Chairman of RNC and a host of others who are trying to scare and intimidate with name calling the major of citizens of America, who know this is a very bad bill. They're trying to make usback down. Wehave to show themin no uncertain terms that they work for us and not the other way around.

It's shameful how they've called opponents of this Illegal Amnesty bill every name in the book. But we know itthat has no provisions for securing our borders we can believe and has no mean of stemming the flow of illegals and undoubtedly "sleepers" from "countries of interest" aka countries where terrorists are grown. Rather it would let such people move around freely and in and out of our country to make us less safe.

This immigration bill needs to be stopped now!

Guess what, the bill right now is unconstitutional. All revenue generating bills must originate in the house. So either they drop the fines or the bill.

Yes it is. I've been a Bush supporter throughout, but his speech the other day on this subject was nothing short of idiotic. Count me among the 67% who now disapproves of his job performance. [:@]

I'm going to call them again tomorrow.

I understand Ben, I disapprove of his handling of this issue. Unlike some, I can discern between issues & not be 100% against because of hatred or for whatever reason.

I haven't seen anyone on either side of this issue advocating amnesty. Can you please point out where amnesty has been introduced as part of the bill?

Surely you don't mean paying a fine is somehow tantamount to amnesty? I mean, when you get a speeding ticket and you pay a fine, is that amnesty? When you get community service in lieu of jail time, is that amnesty? Please explain the whole concept of amnesty to me because I must not understand it very well.

You can read the destruction of your flaccid argument on the done deal thread. Most of the illegals will get amensty because the laws will not be enforced, & they can just stay here illegally & be employed illegally. You may also want to read that definition of "illegal" I posted.

SB, are you an exploiter of illegal alien labor? Do you enjoy hiring them instead of legal workers? [:-]
