That's the problem with China, they don't open their markets, tie their currency to the dollar, and we pretend like its some free-market economy at work - maybe in someone's dreams. China cheats like crazy while we poor saps "play fair" as if everyone else obeyed the mythical principles of "supply and demand" Laise Faire economics. China sure doesn't live that pipe-dream, and they're taking us to the cleaners by making their own rules.

Yeah, folks wonder why U.S. companies set up foreign joint ventures or other business entities outside of U.S. jurisdiction... U.S. companies are subject to all kinds of regulations on foreign trade, like the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act,that prohibit payoffs to foreign officials, etc. Other countries don't have those restrictions, so we don't get to play on a level playing field.
