Default State tax reimbursements for vets

I already posted this in the Midwest forum, that the State of Minnesota now, as of 12/06, will reimburse/pay resident vets $59 dollars per month served in Iraq, Afghanistan and a couple other qualifying areas from 2001-2006. Even a single day in a month qualifies as a whole month.
I do not know if other states have it? Anyone know?
I stumbled across it while searching the net for other things, so guess things like this are not exactly "advertised" in order to keep actual payment out, lower, but nice for those actually using it.
I now have a new bow of my picking paid for for next year.
