If the U.S. was the facist regime that he claims, it would be impossible for him to become a multimillionaire by freely exercising his 1st amendment right. if it wasn't for some lucky breaks, he would still be living in his parents basement and serving as editor for the local community college underground socialist student newsletter.

Yeah, the title of his new movie is indeed very ironic. The problem with Moore is that he's not out to change the world for the better. He's simply a malcontent who has little problem finding someone or something to vent his anger upon. You see these kinds of characters throughout history, and often enough they grow old and die (or are murdered) even more miserable than when they first startedbroadcasting their complaints.

If I recall, some documentary crew did the filming of a visit to a Cuban hospital thing over 20 years ago to contrast it with American hospitals. The visit to the Cuban hospital took much less time. If that's actually the case, then so be it. But ya gotta wonder how accurate things are when folks know that they are performing for a camera crew.
