Or I should say, scream from the moutain tops out of joy. You all know how much I gritch and moan about the NCLB and the standardize testing for all kids, no matter what metal level they are working at. Well I got in our standardized test scores, and I had 100% passing rate at every level . To pass, they had to score at least a 76%. The areas tested were; 1/3 chemistry, 1/3 biology, and 1/3 physics. And at least 30% of each grade scored a commeded performance (meaning they only missed a min. of2 question). I still do not like the crap NCLB is pushing, but am very proud of my kids for stepping up to the plate.

Mind if I brag a bit too? My 8th grade son just got back his scores on one of those standardized tests. Part of the results reflects the grade equivalent of his scores, and on about 2/3 of the test, he scored "post-high school". His other scores (save two) were all well above his current grade level. His only weak areas were spelling and punctuation. Can't imagine why in this day and age of text-speak...
