It says they don't include the right to vote.

It raises an interesting question though. If chimps could vote would our elections turn out any differently?

And would the average chimp voter be measurably better informed than the average human voter?

Something tells me that the status quo willstand firm. Although I'm sure Congress would start subsidizing more banana imports.

Maybe the chimps would be able to read something on an internet blog without proof of accuracy and then repeat it in a speech/interview as if it were their own idea like most celebs do!
