Didn't someone in the legal profession once say that a lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client? I see him getting countersued in a big way and losing .

I have a pretty good feeling that this case is gonna get tossed. And after the judge hearing it dismisses it, the Chungs can sue for malicious prosecution.

I'm pretty sure they'll win. And punitive damages are also available in tort.
