How could a public official such as this be so depraved?? CALL GIRLS??Are we sure he has not been previously arrested for other heinous crimes, such as jaywalking or expired parking meters too?
I'm sure his job performance was seriously compromised by such dastardly behavior. Down with the scoundrel!!!

So he paid for a little punani, so what? I'd bet that at least 20% of the guys viewing this thread have at one time or another. I have, when you visit foreign countries language can be a barrier, but everybody speaks cash on the barrelhead.
