Been watching this fiasco with the voicemail Alec Baldwin left his daughter which of course got leaked to the press.Why is this news?Parents fight with thier kids all the time.It goes with the territory.Most parents will never have thier issues be made public.So he called his daughter a pig, Ive heard much worse from otherwise calm and collected parents when thier kids push them past a certain point.Im glad Im not a celebrity, it must really suck at times[:'(]

I don't think this is something that warrants criminal charges, but I have never heard an otherwise calm and collected parent get pushed to the point of saying something like that to their child. He made it cleared that HE is the one who is a spoiled little brat. Talking like that because an 11-year-old didn't take his phone call? Of course, I guess "spoiled" and "bratty" are the two words that should come to mind for someone who went public with a claim that they would leave the country if Bush were elected president.

Actually Id have to know a lot more about the situation between him and his daughter to decide if it was warranted, and I dont.Niether do most of the people jumping on him for it.From what I can tell phone calls are the only communication between him and his daughter since the divorce, if she has a habit of blowing him off when he calls Im sure it would be frustrating.The mother seems to aggrevate the problems.
Running out and hiring a bodygaurd and filing criminal charges was a bit of overkill IMO as well.Maybe shes honsestly scared, I have no idea, like I said, I have no idea what thier personal life consists of.
Baldwin is a lunatic (anyone who would call their own child a "Pig" is obviously not wound too tight), his ex wife is a pill-popping whacko,but I'm sure the daughter isa spoiled-rotten, sassy pain in the butt.
Seriously, there are people out there who physically abuse their kids on a daily basis. How about we start putting THEIR faces all over the TV and dragging them through the mud?

Alec Baldwin is a has been anyway, or in my opinion a never was. I'd like to know what his blood alcohol content was when he called, he sounded like a raging idiot. Too bad for the young girl, kids seem it take the heat in a divorce.

I could careless as well. Just another story of the lives and times of the rich and famous. Just as, if not more, disfunctional than the rest. Ive heard moms and dads at the store use much worse language with their kids than what was on this voice mail. Not to say Baldwin was just in using such language, but if we are going on witch hunts, there are many local ones to burn first.
On an off note, His brothers better hope he doesnt lose any jobs due to this. They will not have a tit to nurse from.
