A couple get divorced with a legal agreement for the ex husband to pay the ex wife alimony until she either dies or remarries. Some time later the ex wife gets a sex change, along with a change of identity, and is now no longer legally female. Should the ex husband have to continue paying alimony? Remember, the ex wife is literally and legally no longer the same person.
