Selling your organs

Inspired by the Ebay post onoffseason, whatwould others think of someone, terminally ill, being able to sell their organs toothers prior to death or have them put up for bidding post-death? Would there really be anything ethically wrong with someone choosing to sell an organ to someone in need who would match and then have the money go to givers family?

I've heard of 250K being paid for a kidney. I'd take that for one of mine.

I have no problems with someone selling their organs. They are their organs, not mine, so it isn't within my providence to tell someone what they can and cannot do with their organs.
