RE: Interesting Take
Did we not have the same info all the world had? Which turned out to be exactly what Sadam thought he had? Which turned out to be lies? Did the U.N. not produce 14 different resolutions based on this very same info?

[/align]Too me, it appeared Sadam wanted to play big dog and thought he was about to have the power to do so. He already proved his willingness to use WMD (dont forget the gassing of the Kurds). How did we/he know his own scientists were too afraid to reveal the correct info.. I have a lot of trouble pointing fingers at the start of the war. To me, Sadam brought it all on himself. If I recall, the Rep. were not the only people screaming for this war. It took a lot of Dem.s help to get this ball rolling.Remember allthose, "I voted for it before I voted agianst it", people.Hind sight is an awful conienent tool used by nay sayer, on both sides. As for an exit strategy, I still am waiting to pass judgment.
