The second page adds an interesting twist to this story. If the past arrest proved to protect those who were responsible for their actions this time around it seems our neighborhood madame has take some preventive measures to insure proper treatment for herself and her co defendants.

If prostitution is going to be prosecuted then shouldn't solicitation to hire a prostitute be prosecuted also ?
