Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Missouri officials in hot water

I don't know if anyone is really covering this, but here in Missouri, we have a pretty interesting situation shaping up. It involves a sexual harassment lawsuit against the Director of Agriculture (Republican appointee) andthe alleged cover-up by the Republican Governor. To complicate things, the Republican State Treasurer has gotten involved and taken a position against the governor. With yet another twist, the attorney for the women filing the lawsuit is married to a top aide to the Democratic Attorney General, who is already campaigning for governor in '08. Only in Missouri.

You know, if nothing else, our elected politicians are good for arguing, wasting money, and giving us stories and laughs.

At least some of their time will be consumed by lawsuits and they cannot do the maximum amount of damage to the populace.
