Default Another Mulsim Cabby Issue

So while watching the local news last night, a story regarding Muslim cab drivers refusing to pick-up people at the Minneapolis Airport who possess alcohol or have seeing eye dogs. I guess if a cabby does not like a fair they can choose to go to the end of the line and wait a couple of hours, plus loose fair, but I guess this issue has happened quite a bit. One idea was to suspend license to pick up fairs at the airport for 30 days if refusing a fair due to these issues and then revoking license for a second offense. The Muslim cabbies report that it is disrimination, as against their religion to transport alcohol and they deny not picking up fairs with seeing eye dogs. What do you all think?

So does anyone agree that the muslim cabbies, who brought a copy of the constitution to a hearing on this issue and claimed that they would be discriminated against based on religious beliefs if made to pick up fairs having alcohol or if they had their license revoked, have a leg to stand on?

Nope. And if they don't like it..they can go back to their home country. I'm sure it's much better for them there.

Cabbies should avoid whomever they choose to. They're in business for their own interests, not the fare's. Not to mention that there's simply no right to a cab ride. The customer can find someone else.

Some strict Muslims view dogs as filthy and unholy. They're one step abovepigs, to put it one way.
