My boss come to me today, and together with him and an HR rep they had a sit down and told me I have a problem with focusing on work, that I'm easily distracted and not giving them 100% and being the best employee I can be.
They have legal authoirty in my state to force me on medication to help with my problem or I'll lose my job.
Are you sure they have the legal authority to put you on medication? Youa ctually have to be tested for Attention deficit in order to get the medication so I wouldn't worry.

Seek help or get fired? Don't sound like a bad idea I guess. Are you not getting your work done? My company doesn't care what I do as long as I get the job done.
That meeting didn't happen, it was a ficticious post (a lie I guess [:-]) to simulate putting a kid on drugs. They have no choice but to take the drugs, forced on them, when really, there is nothing wrong at all that a little dicipline or action parents parts wouldn't fix.
