Why are we giving them ANYTHING? We should say it's all been cut off forever, and by the way, F%@K YOU! It is absolutely sickening how we give money we don't have (if we had it, we wouldn't have a $7 trillion debt!) to countries that hate us anyway. Such thanklessnessfor all of our past and ongoing handouts highlights the fact that you can't reason or bargain with those idiots. It would be like giving a homeless guy a $10 bill and having him say "Is that all? You know, your house windows are within reach of my throwing arm."
Yep. My personal opinion is, if they're not friendly to the U.S., let 'em rot. If we're going to be giving away big piles of cash, it ought to only be to folks who appreciate it.
Kinda like Katrina victims... I've got friends who helped in the initial efforts, dishing out food, etc., and many were appreciative, but many had the attitude of "is that all?" And, a year and a half later, Houston is being blackmailed with threats that "if we don't get more free rent, the crime rate is going to go up."
Just curious, if theyre sitting on something like that 3 biggest oil reserve in the world, and they can afford to invest in a large scale nuclear program, what the hell are we sending them anything for?Isnt that kinda like Bill Gates applying for foodstamps[>:]
True. They have so much cheap oil, there is no reason they need a nuclear reactor. That's all the more reason to be suspicious of their nuclear ambitions.
