Ok, who lied to us?

Guess what? FEMA has finally noticed that a substantial number of folks who applied for emergency aid following Katrina *GASP* lied just to get some free money! Now they want to recover over $309M+ from folks who didn't have it in the first place, what are the odds?

Dang. Who would have believed it... I guess a lot of the folks who have been saying "if we don't get more money, the crime rate's going to go up" here in Houston didn't deserve to get what they got in the first place...

Our city went overboard to help those devestated by the storm. And now we're being cheated and blackmailed. You can bet the next time something like that happens, we won't give a rat's ass.

Yea, Im from Houston. My Mom and cousins and Uncles live down there. Beaumont's crime rate went up over several hundred percent after Katrina. Most all of the crime was caused by...you guessed it; residents of New Orleans. Im talking rape and murder here. Before Katrina the homocide rate in Beaumont was negligable.
It really turns my stomach...no kidding. I hate it for my family and home town...
