Yea, CervidSlayer called me last night to tell me that he got banned.
I guess he POed some people, with that last post. I thought that it was nothing to get banned about. I guess we should stop sharing our opinions and voicing what we beleive in. Reminds me of another era of censorship.....under Stalin
I was pretty upset, considering that he turned me and a few other people to this site.....oh well
There are few websites which allow more dissent and voice than this one. Spend a little time elsewhere and you'll see that.
I've participated in discussions on this board about some of the most sensitive subjects of the times and almost anything can be said without being banned. There are lines everywhere which you just can't cross. The perimeters of material allowed here are about as good as it gets.
Yea, I read all of the posts. I guess he'll have to join another forum. Whatever Lanse, He is one of the most intelligent people that I know, he just loved to screw around and push buttons, I dont know about the "Spartacus" B.S. , but if you read alot of back threads, he sparked alot of intellectual and useful conversations, and really had no bad intentions. Maybe, (and I'm not starting s--- here) some people had certain preferences of what people they allow on this site, and its their right I guess, but I can name a few people that started way more s--- and caused way more trouble, and they are still on here, and have NEVER EVEN BEEN WARNED! I guess its the golden rule on this site.
They have the gold, so they make the rules. He did agree to the disclaimer, so Its his fault, but its rediculous to boot him like that!
I read his posts and also believe that if he was the smartest guy you know you really need to get out more .
Most people that post here under the influence of mind altering substances don't last as long as he did .

I have never posted under the influence of anything, I have my reasons for my screen name, that you could not possibly comprehend. I'm sorry that you have never been trandescended by anything in yourprofound existance. I have gotten out plenty; beleive me! I have a masters degree in Chemistry from the University of Florida, spent years in South America and written countless papers for the Government aboutresearch and devolopment of many chemicals and additives that you use every day to run your car, or plastics that protect your body, so dont question my intelligence, because I have not questioned yours. As for the people I associate with; again you have no idea what your talking about. I'm sure that you have opinions that many disagree with and would consider you yourself and idiot for beleiving in them. Opinions dont make someone an idiot, my friend.
Oh and by the way...when the Boots Group developed Motrin(your screen name) it was found to have far more damaging effects to the liver, Gastro-intestinal mucosa, and theplatlets than licking toads...for the record
