Hmm ok, This is about the DUKE LaCROSS TEAM, and the District Atty. Nyfong. Which the D.A. is being now sought out by the board and the state on ethics charges. Should be removed from position. I hope that afterhis removal, the Parents are able to sue his pants, shirts, shoes and everything else he owns including his dog. Those boys lives are ruined, no matter what this subject will be brought up for the rest of thier lives. He hid all the evidence from the defense, he also requested the DNA lab to release only what was relative to the LaCROSS team, not any other evidence or DNA that was found on or aboutthe female. This all happened at his re-election time. It has all been donefor political advancementandcapital gains.

State Congressman from North Carolina, Walter B. Jones (R-3rd Dist.) has called upon the United States Department of Justice to launch a formal investigation into the Duke La Cross Scandal, in which several players were accused of raping a woman at a party.
The call specifically cites District Attorney Michael Nyfong's incompetence in the case. It is likely that Jones request will be considered and very possibly granted.
Nyfong has repeatedly said that he has "no doubt that a sexual assault occurred" and has insisted on the veracity of the victim - a stripper hired for the party, despite repeated attempts by the players' legal counsel and the local media to discredit her.
Over time, numerous revelations have suggested that Nyfong indeed ran an incompetent investigation into the case. The formal inquiry by the Dept of Justice would involve looking into all the workings of his office during the initial days of the case, in which Nyfong has admitted never personally interviewed the victim, but only relying on others for their information about the accusations and the worth of her testimony.
Normally federal officials wait until a trial has ended before investigating the district attorney. If they in this case proceed before the trial even begins, it will signal that the federal govenment believes that Nyfong has acted in violation of the codes of his office.
