Hell, its nothing a cable tie out in the yard wouldnt fix.Id be pissed if I was this ladies nieghbor and couldnt get my mail delievered cuz she wont keep her dog in her yard.Its not rocket science, clip one end on the collar, the other end around a stationary object.[:'(]
