Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default dirt or bottle

Twogood Presidential canadiatesare pretty even in your view. One was from wealthy family history, the other was rasied from thelower working class. Would that make a difference in your finalselection?

I don't care much about family history or finances. I focus on ideas and the skills needed to implement them.

Their voting record tells me far more about a candidate than their upbringing ever could, how they grew up is irrelevant to me.

If all things are equal in your hypothetical question, I'd prefer the man who know the feeling of sweat on the brow, and dirt under the nails from a hard day's work.

For those who have never struggled to make ends meet, the concept of working for a living is nothing more than an abstract premise.

"GIT-R-DONE"
I agree 100%. To me you go only so far with votes, issues, appearences and all the other "polo"-tics. Sometimes, more than others,it boils down to where you come from and how you were rasied. For a man to appreciate how this country got to be the Land of the free, and realize itwasn't so free, to me,has to be from the working class, farm boy, street wise person.
As far as college back ground.........I could care less about their "CUMO-SUM-DONKEY" education. I'd take G.I. JOE from the battle field first.

Yea North Texan I see that also........hmm is kinda uhm..........funnnnnny! yup!

FirstBow, its amazing how many candidates make fools of themselves trying to look like they have the traits you mentioned. They pretend to be from working class backgrounds or come from down on the farm, etc.

I have searched far and wide for that picture of Bill Clinton after his memorable duck hunt. And John Kerry did bang up job of impersonating a real man during his campaign.
