Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

I thought it was a very insightful and well thought out speech.

Dubbya is indeed the man with the plan for Iraq.

Things will work out for the better, action is needed and not political infighting while the US Troops sit there wondering what to do next.

<sigh>In the end the canucks will probably have to go fix things....

The main part of the plan that stuck with me is where the dems get all the blame when the shiite eventually hits the fan.

W is so slick he makes Billy Boy look like sand paper. He took his lessons from the "Teflon Don".

What are the standards for success?

What are the empirical measures?

What is our exit strategy?

Feel good slogans don't count.
Now why would you announce all this kind ofinformation to the world for your enemies to hear? Whether it be now or later? Once Iraq is dealt with all the powers that were will write books for us to read and to believe or disbelieve.

Go Team Go !

I listened to his speech but turned the Chanel when the Dem came on to give their response. Didn't have to hear that because I knew the trash mouth would hit the fan here. Plenty of Kerry sound-a-likes here.[:'(]

Iraq is like Vietman in a dynamic since. We screwed up in Vietnam by not adapting to the changing tactics of the V.C.. We do need another tact. Bush did explain his reasoning, im just curious if it will be the changes needed to squelch the changing tactics of the insurgence. Change should have taken place long ago. Im curious to see what will play out.

Now Canuck, that comment is just plain stupid. Goals for victory are and must be claerly defined.

That's not a secret you keep from the enemy, the enemy sees firsthand what our troops are doing anyway.

We're gonna win without them knowing ehh???

Apparently you side with Bush "Shoot at nothing and you'll hit it every time."
I hear ya Ifferd however, do you think the American public would sit and listen for hours upon hours while he details everything?

It's politics, and the stupid bickering begins, bla bla bla, yadda yadda yadda...time for action, america's finest are waiting to be told what to do next.

Clinton started this mess anyway !
