Today I have signed into law H.R. 6407, the "Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act." The Act is designed to improve the quality of postal service for Americans and to strengthen the free market for delivery services.

The executive branch shall construe sections 3662 and 3663 of title 39, United States Code, as enacted by section 205 of the Act, not to authorize an officer or agency within the executive branch to institute proceedings in Federal court against the Postal Regulatory Commission, which is another part of the executive branch, as is consistent with the constitutional authority of the President to supervise the unitary executive branch and the constitutional limitation of Federal courts to deciding cases or controversies.

I see that soldiers who died in the past for our freedoms that their contract is all most up and will expire soon. The constitution will be a memory and nothing but a peice of paper.


Today we hit the 3000 mark for our soldiers death....And I ask why are they dieing again? For everything to be removed from our rights.This is a disgrace and a slap in their faces. What are they dieing for? It sure aint freedom for the American people. I say get them out of iraq. This is BS.

Leaving Iraq would be the last thing to do. Whether you agree with being there in the first place or not. Winning a war means occupation for the long term. Always has, always will. We need to secure a government over there that will work with us, not without us.

3000 dead. 1 dead is a tragedy. But 3000 dead in five years? Best kill ratio our country has ever had in any war. You've only succeeded in posting proof that we are doing great over there. Try again.
