To do that as a prank sounds pretty darned stupid, but this isn't exactly a capital crime. I played with a lot of fire as a kid, and you know what? I grew out of it. That's usually what happens in adulthood (which, IMHO, begins at 25).

He would've said, "Chris, what the hell is wrong with you?! First you go and start a fire, which for all you know, could've burned the house down killing the residents. And second, wtf are you doing scraping roadkill up and dropping it on someone's porch?! That's a pretty sick thing to do! If you want to go burn s***, go in the back yard and light off some fireworks or something, for crying out loud..."
