Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Nope, just like it would be wrong to force them to memorize Muslim prayers, (like California did). Religion belongs at home. I would not what a teacher preahing Christianity to my kids.

If you are refering to my ranting about the attack on Christmas, read the other post agian. I am for freedom to express my Christianity, not force feeding it to others. I am agianst the preferential treatment other faiths are shown over my religion.

The overreaction to the establishment clause has caused a gross abuse of the free exercise clause.

None taken. I never let legit discussions bother me. I enjoy them. Many times they help me realize when im being bull headed. Even though I might not admit it.

I know alot of you guys would like to keep goverment totally out of your schools and goverment property, even off your money. Now if your not a believer in the Holy Bible and Jesus Christ, this post will mean nothing to you.

But for the rest, think about this. If it wasn't for goverments unofficial or official sactioning of Christ's teaching, would you know God now? There was alot of bad things that has happened over the last 1000 years in Europe and the US over Christianity. No doubt about it. But the end outcome, God's will, isn't it worth it? I mean if you truely believe inGod and truely believe in Christ's teaching, shouldn't we want out country to be officially of Christian faith? I understand this is going to lead on to what's Christian faith, cathololism, baptist, and the usual hairsplitting that goes on here trying to point out the 1% means we can have a rule. Basic absolutist.

Or do you believe Christ's teaching, his only command in all gospels, to go out and make deciples of all would be sufficient, and throughout history, would you had rather the word of God only spread that way? Through the word of mouth of its people?

Guys, its God's master plan. We as mere mortals have such trouble understanding it. If we could easily understand God, would you still worship him?

Folks get upset when the PA system can't be used to lead an out-loud school wide prayer, yet they never considered, "who will say the prayer and what religion will they be next week, or next year? Will I still want that person leading the prayer when they are a witch casting a spell? A muslim calling for the triumph of Islam?"
In the proverbial nut shell right there . All or none . Public schools are secular for that very reason , and should be .

I'm keeping my fingers cross that public education will collapse one of these days, but in the meantime, yes, they all should get equal footing...with their feet off of school property.
