Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default New Jersey E. Coli Outbreak

Now, this is why I do not eat at Taco Bell ! [:'(]

TRENTON, N.J."” An E. coli outbreak that has sickened at least 22 people "” two of them seriously "” was linked by health investigators Monday to three Taco Bell restaurants in New Jersey. Investigators also were examining whether an outbreak of 14 cases on Long Island was connected to the fast-food chain.

The people who fell ill in New Jersey had eaten at one of the fast-food restaurants between Nov. 17 and Nov. 28, authorities said.

six, you may be onto something there...check this latest news out....

E. Coli Probe Focuses on Green Onions as More Restaurants Close

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J."” Non-meat ingredients of Taco Bell menu items are under close scrutiny by state and federal investigators trying to pinpoint the cause of an E. coli outbreak that has sickened nearly four dozen people in three states.

Taco Bell ordered scallions removed from its 5,800 U.S. restaurants Wednesday after tests by an independent lab found three samples of green onions appeared to have a dangerous strain of the bacterium.

"In an abundance of caution, we've decided to pull all green onions from our restaurants until we know conclusively whether they are the cause of the E. coli outbreak," said Greg Creed, president of Irvine, Calif.-based Taco Bell.
