Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Maybe , just maybe we should put Americans and Americas interest first. If we are going to war go to win! We court our enemies and it costs us some very good people.

Anyone that supports what is going on certainly needs to readup on how to win a war .To win you killall of thebad guy's & take all of their stuff!

The United states Marines are not deployedto build schools they are there to kill people , let them kill people.

George Bush insist on dealing with a group of sub humans that have never left the fourteenth century ,and he doesn't understand why they can't step up and defend themselves .

Either send enough men to kill all of them or yes lets " cut & come home" and leave them to kill themselves!!!!!!!!!!

That just makes way too much sense.

I agree.

VC is right, if it makes sense the U.S. Government won't get involved..We did the same thing only 15 times worse in Viet Naum.

This is one situation where pulling out before the explosion, isn't an option.

US Marines are trained to fight, not do plumbing for Achmar and his family or rebuild the local soccer fields.

As to the US Government not "getting involved," we should get "involved" in the rebuilding process...with their oil and our contractors...when its really done and "won" and not until then. Our philosophy of war is currently, "To the loser go the spoils."

But I see that you too are beginning to see similarities with Viet Nam. That's good, James. How did that one turn out, by the way?

Keep making those comparisons and asking yourself questions about how we can do the same things and expect different results.

We should have had a plan before starting this bar fight.
