Anti-Syrian Christian Leader Pierre Gemayel Assassinated in Lebanon
BEIRUT, Lebanon "” Prominent anti-Syrian Christian politician Pierre Gemayel was assassinated in a suburb of Beirut on Tuesday, his Phalange Party radio station and Lebanon's official news agency reported.
The shooting will certainly heighten the political tension in Lebanon, where the leading Muslim Shiite party Hezbollah has threatened to topple the government if it does not get a bigger say in Cabinet decision-making.

Hezbollah has got to be behind this. If Hezbollah gets their way, we are going to see Israel fighting Iran agian via Lebanon. This is just going to get ugly. The pressure cooker is just about to blow. And the U.N. is going to do nothing about the situation.

Yes Burnie, there will be some nastier events unfolding soon. Syria wants Lebanon backeverything they doright now is with that motive,then Syriawill move on Isreal because it wants that land back.
But Syria needs Iran ( watch for them becoming bedfellows ) to soften Israel up a bit for the big sweep. Iraq is in between and Iran will move in quickly to grab Iraq as it battles Israel.
How will it start?
Iran will send out it's death squads to cause chaos at the US Bases in the middle east and make oil refinery grabs to try and slow down the US war machine. Of course there will be more shouting in the streets of the "death to Israel, death to America" chants...

Well there are Lebanese up here, in the USA and other countries too, that are sending cashmoney over there to support their families but the bulk of it goes to Hezbollah's efforts.
These are the ones that regularly visit Hezzbolanon and return to the west for the next bag load, shouldn't be to hard to round them up right?

With the most important member of the UN attempting to send a clown who has expressly stated that he thinks the UN should be disolved, what do you expect?
Granted, said clown is not going to be confirmed, but the point is that we have done ****-all to support the UN.
