Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default So, is Leiberman a Democrat again?

Has the party welcomed him back in? Just curious.

Both parties will be looking to sway both he and Bernie Sanders I-VT. They will be voting on the Democratic side of the isle for most issues. Socialist Sanders gave up his incumbent seat in the House to run for Senate. He actually won the Democratic primary in Vermont and then renounced the party and went back to his Independent status. He was running against millionaire Rich Tarrant (R) and didn't want a Dem in the way to spoil his vote. He won by a 2 to 1 margin.

Actually, he'll vote with the reps on war-related bills, so in that regard he can split the senate 50/50 on Iraq if he really is a Iraq Warmonger that he claims to be.

I'm sure he's whoopin and hollerin about Saddam being hung for the 9-11 attacks and all,,,,,,,

Hey wait a minute,,,,,,,,,
That is true Iffy. His stance on the war was the factor that cost him the primary. To come back from that one to win the election as an Independent was huge. Pundits say he is actually one of the smartest people in Congress.

His trial for crimes against humanity had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks.

Lord knows it's a horrible thing to try to resolve problems with diplomacy.
