I have a novel Idea on how to fill the jobs only illegals will do

As most of you know, I am a teacher. I have witnessed countless numbers of lazy, waste of space type students get carted through the system, just to witness them either live off welfare or do labor type jobs. I keep hearing that we (Americans) have labor type jobs that only illegal will do. Why not take these lazy worthless students that you can not make do school work, and give them these jobs. Instead of babying these students that refuse to do school work, and reflect poorly on America (ever present in all the apple to orange comparisons with other countries we see in the news everyday), why not send them out to earn money. If the students refuse to work in school, give them one chance to comply. If they then refuse to work, kick them out of school and do not let themreceive welfare.This way,our school systemwill quit getting blamed forthese individuals that can not be forced to study or do assigned work and fill this need for low skilled workers. Also, this will force the parent to be just that, a parent. Put the burden where it should be, the student and the parent.

Burnie I agree with what you propose, but as long as America has folks like that clown in Texas who spoke of sueing because supposedly his son was traumatized by a policemen, this will never fly. You think the law suits against school systems are bad now, imagine the can of worms that would be opened by the parents of kids to lazy to do their school work if they were thrown out of school and forced to work! You know the idiots would blame the school system for thier kids being screwed up and never accept responsibilty as a parent.
