It will only become offensive when they start selling croc hunter tee shirts with the stingray holding a small child.

It bothered me a bit since that picture is a depiction of the one of the main ways innocent people are killed by the terrorists. Throw a coat over the person wearing it and put him/ her in a crowd and you have a horrific massacre. I wouldn't wear one and don't know anyone who would. Thank the lucky stars we don't have to face this type of killing here yet. That is probably why a few people here in the West would think it is funny and if the picture was shown abroad they would not. Nice to have the freedom of choice.

I think that people in general need to stop being so damn offended about everything and lighten up.

Then again, I bet if we lived in Israel, we'd find that shirt particularly offensive.

I wouldn't say I was "offended" by it. But it is in pretty poor taste. So are a lot of things we see every day.

Going back to the show Southpark, they include Jesus in many of thier cartoons.They portray him in a humorous fashion.Nobody in this country has raised much of a fuss about it.

Look at what happened in the Middle East when they showed Mohammad in a cartoon on the other hand, rioting, killing, those people went nuts over a pretty mild depiction of thier religous leader.

When people start getting offended by trivial things such as Tshirts, cartoons, loud mouth talk show hosts, this just brings us closer to acting like them.One of the great things about this country is you can decide to turn the channel, leave the room, or change your radio station if something bothers you, instead more and more people are trying to force others to share thier values, call thier lawyers every time thier feelings get hurt, and use the court system to settle petty differences.Lighten up, get a sense of humor, ost of these "offensive" things dont mean anything in the long run anyway
