Is there a link that rates the 10 dumbest governors? I wonder where our illustrious governator Arnold of CA would rank in that list. I'm not sure I would want to find out and ruin the image of his glistening,muscular-perfectitude that I have in my mind. But, then again, that image is not contingent on his mental abilities either.

I can't believe my congressmen did not make the list: Sanders, Leahy, Jeffords - what a trio!!! At least Jeffords is not running again.
