Default Stingray leaps into boat, stabs man in chest

MIAMI, Florida (Reuters) -- A leaping stingray stabbed an 81-year-old Florida boater in the chest, authorities said Wednesday, leaving its poisonous stinger lodged close to his heart in an incident recalling the one that killed Australian TV naturalist Steve Irwin last month.

Obviously stingrays are getting mad at the revenge killings occurring in Australia. [8D]

i understand that in retaliation, President Bush has declared a "War against Stingrays." His first action was to order the killing of all thresher sharks.

the lesson here is that liesurely boating on the ocean is highly dangerous. Of course, the guy was provoking this stringray, and obviously his wild and crazy lifestyle resulted in his being stabbed
