I was wrong,It was a real nuke..
Air samples gathered last week contain radioactive materials that confirm that North Korea conducted an underground nuclear explosion, National Intelligence Director John *****ponte's office said Monday.

How do you detonate a nuke UG and not kill something/somebody?
Although I'm sure it's not comparable to one of ours, but you know. It is still a nuke.

Underground testing was commonplace in this country and others for quite some time.

They have been doing them for years without killing folks mack. Done deep enough in the proper soils/rocks there is very little radioactive gas vented and unless it is a large nuke there is very little if any disturbance of the surface,
