Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Three hundred million people in America?

That's too many. Some of you people will have to leave.

Does that figure include the illegals?

<tin hat in place....uhgh hum...>

Good topic, VC - this in fact plays right into my post about shoplifting. While the UN and various folks of power around the globe see the need to control and reduce the population, population increase is part of the bigger picture as well. Think about it - the more people we have in this country the bigger demand there will be to make a living. Notice I didn't say "work for a living". Inflation is at an all time high, job loss is daily news rarely making the cover story it's so common place now, outsource, import, global this, global that. So the rest of the question you posed would go something like this: How are all these people going to make a living? Hmmm.....

What does that mean? I'm often befuddled by that statement, in several ways. Maybe a better way to ask that question would be, "doing the jobs that Americans don't want to pay Americans to do."

I think we should do it the way the Romans did.

Every tenth person must vacate the premises with all dispatch.

I agree with this, after our for fathers spent years upon years building these factories up! They now thank us by moving there factories to cheaper paying countries.

Good take on that, Badshot. I think that's much more accurate.
