North Korea may suspend Nuke Test

For direct talks with the U.S., NK may suspend test. Should we talk directly to North Korea? I would say hell yes if they will go for confirmation of any agreement the enter into. China also says that a Nuclear test by North Korea is not acceptable. Could this deal be turning on NK?

Maybe if we give them candy bars& a big fat uncle samie check for a few billion$?
If that dont work maybe we could hire walmart - to hire the chinese to invade from the north?They could put on blue helmets& pretend there from the Un.
